How long does it take for my order to be complete?

We have a lead time of up to 21 days, unless we have the item in stock, in which case we will ship immediately. 

Can I check if the product is in stock before I order?

Yes! We try to keep as many products in stock as possible. Please pop us an email (hello@coalinteriors.co.za) to check whether or not we have the item in stock.

Can I pay via EFT/Bank Transfer?

Yes, we have the option of paying using EFT at checkout.

Can you send me a tax invoice?

Yes, we can send you an invoice of your order upon request.

How do I care for my item?

All items come with care instructions.

How do I install my item?

All items come with installation instructions as well as the hardware required.

Can I customise my order?

As we make everything locally, you have the luxury of customising certain products! Please pop us a mail if you would like to chat about this option.

Do you have a showroom?

Not right now, however, this is a future plan of ours. We do have a factory based in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. 

How do I track my order?

Upon completion of the order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. 

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate of R90 for the whole of South Africa. R150 for custom orders.

How do I change my address before shipping?

If you have not yet received an email with a tracking number, then please send us an email to request a change of your delivery address

I placed an order but have not had any updates?

Do not worry! We have received your order and will keep you updated if anything unusual happens.
