How long does it take for my order to be complete?

All items are made to order and have a lead time of 4-6 weeks, unless we have the item in stock, in which case it will be shipped immediately. If you need your order by a specific date, please send us an email: hello@coalinteriors.co.za, and we would be happy to assist. 

How long does delivery take?

Cape Town: 1-3 working days.

Rest of SA: 3-7 working days.

Regional deliveries: 7-10 days.

Can I check if the product is in stock before I order?

Yes, please pop us an email to check whether or not we have the item in stock.

Can I pay via EFT/Bank Transfer?

Yes, we have the option of paying using EFT at checkout. 

Can you send me a tax invoice?

Yes, we can send you an invoice of your order upon request.

How do I install my item?

Most of the items come with installation instructions. We also include all the hardware necessary. 

Can I customise my order?

As we make everything locally, we are able to customise certain products! Please pop us a mail if you would like to chat about this option.

Do you have a showroom?

Not right now, this is a future plan of ours. We do have a factory based in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. 

How do I track my order?

Upon completion of the order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. 

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate of R99 for the whole of South Africa. 

How do I change my address before shipping?

If you have not yet received an email with a tracking number, then please send us an email to request a change of your delivery address

I placed an order but have not had any updates?

Do not worry! We have received your order and will keep you updated if anything unusual happens.
